Im a 22yr old man, i live in florida and enjoy boating, fishing, bird hunting, fosters beer, classic movies, eating cheese, fast cars, and long walks on the beach. If it involves me pulling the trigger and the gun going bang then im into it. I have 34 little children and i love them all very much, I work for publix supermarkets and also do some electrical work on the side (to help fund my addiction)

38years old, medically retired (100%) from the Army, divorced without kids, and living in a rural area with enough space to shoot out the back door (as long as the cows don't get in the way). I also have two cats who think the lining in my gun safes are for scratching posts.

31, Construction Project Engineer / Scheduler (The guy in the air conditioned job trailer)
Married with 2 kids. :D

I cant just go out and purchase without some planning, but if I really want something, I can save up for a few months and end up with it :scrutiny:.

50 years old , sales rep and I do not have the money to buy like some others. Maybe 3 or 4 a year

Ah, grasshopper. The answers you seek can be found at:

Which is a sticky at the top of this forum.

However...married, 53, four kids, all grown and gone (Thank God...j/k) Husband is senior manager for a major consulting firm in Houston; I am an iconographer and sometime writer. To say he makes more than me is painfully obvious :)

Single, 16 Years Old, I work for a Autobody shop owned by my grandparent's friends and I do alot of odd jobs. I only have 5 guns but I will get more when I get money.

I'm three years older than I was when I posted the last time in this thread. I'm still working <sigh, 34 years and counting> and my parents were finally forced to move to a place with assisted living and full nursing services.

The good news is, I'm still able to work and my parents are still alive at 84 and 86.

I joked back then that I was trying to talk them into moving to a retirement home that was a couple hundred thousand to buy into and then about $3k a month. Well, now they need more care. The total for my father's room and meals in assisted living plus my mother's full nursing care for Alzheimer's (lift her out of bed, lift her to the bathroom, feed her, etc.) is right at $11k a month. Oh well, at least there wasn't an entry fee and the care is superb.

And the two buildings are connected so he doesn't have to go outside to visit her a couple of times a day.

Who are you?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A lot of the people on here seem to talk like they have unlimited means to buy guns,
.............................................

shall not be infringed --- any questions

I'm 58 (less than a month away from 59), widowed, one son, two dogs, two cats, two guns, new to this forum, and still trying to figure out the acronyms!! (finally figured out LEO must be "law enforcement officer" and that OP is probably the person who started the thread... but what the heck do the letters stand for?? lol).

34, married with a one year old son, ex-Army now IT Administrator. Good income but I have too many expensive hobbies and so there's never enough cash around for all the toys I want.

Me? I'm the bane of existence to the anti-gunners, because I used to be one of them. I was on the liberal side of the argument, until I turned 19 and realized the folly of my ways. I know all their dirty secrets, and I fully embrace what they hate.

This has got to be the oldest thread I've ever responded to....interesting.

46 yo male.... Married 26 years in just a few days. 3 grown daughters and all out of the house.....2 married and one in Florida getting her masters degree.

I'm a 13 year AF vet....partially disabled from making a rescue as a firefighter.

I now work for the the state as a safety consultant helping businesses stay up with their safety responsibilities.

I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.....God's country. Fish, hunt, camp, shoot.....what more is there?

52 year old male in North Alabama on the Tennessee River. I work in my shop at home restoring antique furniture. I also design and build custom furniture by commission which is a challenge and a lot of fun...I've never built the same thing twice. I've started doing some restoration work on firearm furniture, so far so good. I've also been a musician most of my life...one of my majors was music performance, the other was Recording Industry Management. Lifelong shooter.

Married to a great lady for 24 years, 3 kids in college (yeah, all at the same time.) The two oldest are at Auburn and the youngest at Snead State. My older son has more guns than I do; he carries a CZ 97B and my daughter carries a Smith & Wesson M&P .40c. They both have the bug...she wants a Wilson 1911, he wants a new black rifle. I want some money.

I'm down to 3 guns (two shotguns and a handgun) and I'm constantly plotting my next purchase. I think it's going to be a CZ PCR. Now if I had some money...(see paragraph above for reasons of lack of money).

36 married with 2 kids wife and I both have well paying jobs with good benefits and rarely borrow money for anything. The only thing we owe on is the house. I dont have unlimited funds but do manage to come up with enough money to usually buy what I want. I guess I'm just lucky that way

22 Male, Married, No Kids (Yet, Working on it!), Active Duty Marine. I only have 1 Gun (Which at present is being held by San Diego Sheriff's Department, and am working on Saving for another one. Gun money doesn't come easy here, but ya gotta start somewhere. My gun money right now is coming from recycling water jugs, soda bottles, etc. It's a slow process, but it's coming.
