Who made these rings?

I have a pair of rings that I was going to use to mount my a scope to a .22. These are fit weaver bases, but there is not a maker listed that I can see. I am asking because one of the two rings does not have the thumb screw or removeable plate at the base of the rings that you tighten down onto the bases. I would like to use these rings, but I need to find out who made them so that I can contact them to try to get these missing pieces to make them functional.

I know it is not the clearest pic, but I thought it might be enough to figure it out. My camera does not do well with small stuff!

Who knows?

I've got a junk drawer full of rings pretty much like that that nobody knows who made them.

If they are not manufacture marked, they weren't very proud of them!
Probably no name manufacture you could contact if you could find out who made them.

Just buy some new rings.
You will be money ahead when you get done.

Na, those are a common style ring often offered by companies like Tasco, Simmons and other low budget offerings. Like RC said, those style rings are junk.

I would heed RC's advice and spend the money for some quality rings and be done with it. Maybe take a look at Burris Zee rings, I've been using them for decades on all my rifles, never a problem.

Had a pair like that on a muzzleloader once. Only time a scope ever bit me as it cartwheeled to the ground. Luckily I was sitting on grass sighting in rather than attempting to fill the freezer.

Got 4 pair of Simmons rings still in their boxes look just like that. All they're good for is holding napkins.
