Greetings everyone, I recently purchased a used Beretta 92 complete upper on ebay and need a receiver for it new or preferably used. Anyone know who sells these? Done checked with Sarco and other online sellers but no luck.

I'm also in the market for a Colt 1903 380 frame. I recently inherited one that has severe pitting and rust to its frame.

Of course I'm aware that these purchases require FFL.

I thank ya'll beforehand for any direction given.

Except for the occasional 1911 or AR-15 it is very seldom cost effective to buy an upper and lower and assemble it yourself.

The frame will cost almost as much as the complete firearm and require just as much red tape.

The dual caliber suggestion is probably your best route.

recievers

Hi you might try gunsamerica i've seen recievers on there for shotguns, worth a try have a lot of guns on there and other stuff

Good luck. I have looked for grip frames for the Beretta 92 all my life and I have never seen one for sale for a good price. If you already had the lower, then you would have no problem finding an upper to match but you did it backwards.

If I were you, I would look for the cheapest Beretta compleat gun you can find, probably something like a police trade-in 96D from CDNN and either sell the .40cal upper or have two calibers like others have suggested.

I want to thank all of the great folks who took time to respond to my inquiry. I've lost hope and will probably have to shelf the upper until i can convince Congress( the wife) I "need" another beretta in 40 cal.

Once again, thanks to all.
