Who to do custom EMP work?

Im looking for someone who can help me with my EMP .40, it has some feeding issues and such and was going to send it to the Springfield custom shop ;however, i was wanting some stuff done that i was told they wouldnt do. I want the butt of the gun rounded, the feed problem fixed, counter sink and flush cut slide stop pin,scalloped front strap and msh, a small GI style single sided safety, the barrel flush cut and crowned 30*,Novak LoMount Carry sight with Tritium 3 dot, a med. to radical carry bevel all sharp edges and all finished in the same black as the one in the picture
