Who was it that will attach a Rem 700 bolt handle with screws?

Someone posted a link sometime back to a gunsmith who will drill & tap the root of the bolt handle and bolt body of a Remington 700 and put in a couple of reinforcing screws. I haven't been able to find it, on THR or the web. Anyone know who this is?

I don't know who you are looking for, but I did the same modification on a Mosin Nagant. Got a kit (from J&G Sales??) to put a scope base on the reciever and it included cutting off the bolt handle and drilling and tapping the stub to take the bent bolt. Works well, but use plenty of lock-tite to make sure the scew doesn't loosen.
