Who will modify Ruger SA indexing?

Realize this is just a "where did I see it" question, but I'm looking for a custom gunsmith whose services include modifying the indexing on Ruger SA revolvers so that the chambers align with the loading gate as the cylinder "clicks". I know as I was perusing custom work websites I saw someone who offered this... now I can't remember where.
