Who's made or bought the perfect shooting stool for use at the bench?

1/4-20 tripod mount but it better not be a cheap one. It’s actually pretty impressive, the amount of noise reduction $20 worth of plastic drums can do vs. $1000+ stamp suppressors.

@jmorris, at one time I had thought about making a tube out of tires similar to your drum but perhaps twice as long and stuffed with fiberglass insulation. That idea went away once I started buying suppressors, and the more I shoot the less I want to shoot unsuppressed. I shoot at my house fairly regularly but rarely for extended periods of time, and my neighbors know that they're more than welcome to call and text to ask me to stop shooting for whatever reason. I have good neighbors for sure.

I didn’t do the tires thing for a miner of reasons, weight (I have to move mine around for different distances as the bullet trap weighs 4000lbs so its not real easy to move, they hold water if it rains (number of reasons that’s not good and it’s still pretty open on both ends but yeah I like suppressors too.

Try buying a camp stool at like Walmart or a sporting goods store. They fold up and they're about 18 inches high or so. They come in handy for all sorts of things so I keep 4 of them around the house. camp stool.jpg
