Just bought a Rem 1100 today, and the gun looks like it has been out in the field once or twice - all the wear and dings could have come from just being moved about in the safe.
I have really liked the 1100, hunted with my dad's from age 14 till I moved away, and have shot some skeet with a borrowed one to reconfirm how much I like the gun.
I am completely overjoyed - I have been shopping for a nice 1100 for a bit, and am still wowed that I could find a gun like this for $365.00. I almost wonder if I am off kilter a bit, and I'm the butt of some joke at having bought an 1100. If so, it is a happy off kilter...
