Why is raw brass more than ammo?

I can get 100 WWB for the same as a 100 magtech brass. What gives?

Possibly old stock vs. new stock. Commodity prices are going up so fast that new stock will be priced higher than something that's been on the shelf for a few months. Right now, brass prices are through the roof, so the new brass probably costs as much to make as the completed ammunition did a year ago.
