Wrong. It's legal. Ask most Christian sects about their rules of consanguinity for marriage...you'll find out they don't have any. Also, a marriage performed by any minister without a marriage license is no marriage at all in a legal sense.
I'm a lifelong Georgia resident. Our defunct sodomy law was nondiscriminatory...in other words, both heterosexuals and homosexuals were felons under that law. In fact, at least one man was found guilty after being charged with oral sex with his wife after being charged with sodomy on her testimony during their divorce...twenty years if I remember correctly. Under Georgia's law how many felons do we have here, hmm?
It's quite simple folks...what I do in my bedroom with a consenting adult is no one's business...including a tyrannical, overbearing government.
If you do think this is a proper arena of government...you're simply another wannabee tyrant.
