Different Colored Guns

Since I just read the thread by Black Snowman on his Delta Elite and Desert Eagle in red, I'd love to see what other THR members have for colored guns other than olive drab, black, and stainless.

Remember, pictures count on this. :)

Oh, come on. More that one person has colored guns, I know it.

Or are you all too ashamed of the results? :neener:

Sorry, I am rather traditional when it comes to gun finishes. Blue/black, parkerized green/gray, or silver nickel/stainless for me.

This one is not mine but fits your criteria ;)

Now if you had put this in Firearms: General Discussion everyone with a Cav Arms colored AR could chime in :) Handguns you don't see in wild colors as much as rifles it seems.

The only non-traditional gun I have is my metallic blue 10/22. I might get creative if I have my Kahr K9 refinished (older parkerized model).

I've seen enough wild-colored rifles... but pistols, I haven't.

I don't know, I guess I had hoped for more people to have some interesting things done.

Would appreciate info on who does this sort of thing and the prices. My new daughter in law has become a pistolera; but keeps talking about a pink or purple gun.

It would be fun to surprise her with something off the wall...

About 40 years ago High Standard produced their Sentinel .22 snub revolvers in pink, blue, gold, and green. It didn't catch fire then, but I think it's time for someone to try it again. I like traditional stuff but what the heck.

Hmm, it works for me . . . strange.

Here's their contact info:

Simmon's Gunsmithing

Their website is in the middle of being remade and it shows. Their email address is even missing. They post here so you can PM simmonsguns here on THR and probably get a response back.
