I know this has been discussed before, but I just wanted to say, WOW! What a great product. Well worth the money. The trigger in my 336 was gritty and at least six pounds. Now breaks nearly as clean as the Timney in my custom Mauser. It's probbly 50% lighter than it was before. I'm going to recheck my zero and shoot a doe with it this weekend if all goes well. It shot around 2 inches before, and I fully expect at least a 25% drop due to not having to struggle to pull the stiff trigger while trying to hold the rifle still.
And on top of that, it only took 30 minutes to install. I had never taken my Marlin all the way apart before, but had printed some directions. 10 minutes of the time was looking for a screw that was hiding underneath a cleaning patch.

I'm hoping it will. My grandfather used to have one that I could shoot 1 inch groups with, but my grandmother sold it when he died. Before telling me, so that I could snag it. Oh well. This one shoots pretty well, but the trigger was beyond terrible. My grandpa's was nice and worn in. Of course it was also about 20 years older than mine.
