No, different threads and mounting system.
During the Vietnam War, the US Naval Weapons Lab at China Lake built the first extended magazine Ithaca Model 37 shotguns for Navy SEAL use.
In order to extend the magazine, it was necessary to add a longer, one piece magazine tube, and to move the barrel mount forward to the muzzle.
This took some doing, since the barrel mount is brazed in place.
Bottom line is, unless you're up to some VERY heavy-duty gunsmithing, altering your gun just isn't practical.
One "possible" option is to find out if a genuine Ithaca barrel will fit the Norinco, buy a Ithaca extended magazine and a new extended magazine barrel, and install them.
I rather doubt the Ithaca barrel and tube will interchange with the Chinese copy.
