I was messing around with making a magazine for my handgun work and I kept running a few rounds through the magazine into the chamber cycling the slide by hand to make sure it fed correctly. Yeah, not the safest thing yeah yeah.
Everything was working correctly but it made me worry about the ammo since I kept cycling it through. I measured the ammo and 4 out of the ten were measuring .005-.008 shorter than the rest of the ammo. I checked the other ammo in the box I hadn't touched yet and they were all 1.155-1.159, these 4 rounds were 1.149-1.152. Is that enough to possibly cause a KB? I don't know much about reloading ect. The ammo is Winchester white box 9mm. I'm just wondering how picky the tolerances are.
