winchester 1911 shotgun

bought one of these a while back buyer said 75-80 % .But when arrived both stocks busted all here just cracked.Is there a great glue that might make this a shooting gun again.And where can I get the buffers that keep it from slamming so hard it breaks the stock?

Cracked stocks & forearms were the norm on them, and just the tip of the ice-berg problem wise.

I'd suggest cleaning the cracks with alcohol & compressed air to get as much old oil & dirt out of them as possible.

Then use Hot Stuff thin CA adhesive to bond them.
CA will penetrate clear to the bottom of the thinest crack and set up instantly.

No clue where you can find recoil buffers or any other parts.
