I just got a Winchester 52C and shot it for the first time.
I'd like the trigger to have about a 1 pound pull, I'd like to get some advice on how the get there. I'm in northern Indiana, I hope there is a 52 gunsmith in my neck of the woods.
I also have a feed problem, the third round wants to nose dive into the clip some times.
I sure appreciate any help I can get.
THANKS!

Carl Kenyon is in his 80s, but is still working on M52 triggers.

From RimfireCentral.com

"Karl Kenyon developed a modification years ago that changes the pivot point on one of the levers which allows adjustment down to about 2-4oz. He is still doing this and will usually turn them around in a few days for you. His phone number is: 775 289 2784."

I think he will do a more conventional rework for your one pound pull.

As to the feeding, the only thing I can suggest is to get a different magazine.

THANK YOU for the info, I spoke to Karl, sounds like an absolutely great guy. He gets $180 to relocate the trigger pin and polish everything. He can get me to 2 - 4 oz. trigger pull..........................
