I'm not convinced that any ballistics program is much use. Far too many variables and, as a computer tech, I don't know any programmers that shoot.
For hunting use, just figure on two inches high at 100 yards. That's about dead-on at 200 and about six inches low at 300. Carrying on, figure about two feet low at 400 and roughly four feet low at 500 with that zero.
Beyond 300, that holds for boat-tailed bullets of 150, 165 and 180 grains. That's the way it worked out on my range.
