Wolf Ammo?

I picked up some of the Wolf brand ammo for my rifles. Packaging states that it is non-corrosive, but I’ve heard that all of the Eastern European ammo is corrosive. Anyone know the truth? Is the non military Wolf ammo truly non-corrosive, or should I be using something other than my usual bore cleaners to clean after a range session? Thanks for any advice. Doug

If it's of modern manufacture it is non-corrosive. If you're buying old surplus 7.62x54R then it might be corrosive.

Shouldn't be a problem re: corrosion. .223 or 7.62x39? AK's / SKS's like it just fine. Some AR's don't digest as well.

Although it stinks to high heaven and isn't the most accurate ammo available, it's not corrosive.

7.62x54R...look for headstamp LVE. It's corrosive. Send it back. It was recalled anyway.
