Most of the courses we play on are around 50 yards max, but I only make it into town every 3 weeks or so to run these...

I can shoot at my brothers place any day and time but we only have a 25 yard range to shoot on. I dialed in 4 new loads (subs and supers) and I want to test for accuracy this week.

Will 25 yards translate to 50 yards pretty accurately? (shooting 300 blackout)

Sure, they further out you go the larger your groups will be. Some exceptions would be it the bullet is unstable you might be hitting paper at 25 yards with key holing bullets that might not make it on paper at 50.

It's a good start, but the closer the target is to the barrel, the less likely you are to be able to see the differences between where each round hits. Great 25 yard groups, and even your zero point might be several inches off at 100 yards.
