My CZ100

I've got to defend my baby; maybe there are cuter babies out there, maybe some better behaved ones, but I like my CZ 100. It is my first DAO pistol and took some getting used to, but it works fine for me. On the firing line I don't notice the trigger pull and all the bullets stay nicely center-of-mass at 25 yards. Greater distances are a challenge, but I'm not an LEO or military and I don't think I'll be taking on the Symbionese Liberation Army or any other pack of armed thugs attacking from down the street.
The biggest problem the weapon has posed is weak hand shooting and I'm slowly gaining on that problem. It'll take more work.
For the price, I'm happy and well armed. That counts a lot.

Absolutely. It looks great and I like variety. Especially a variety of CZ pistols. It looks really sweet and I think it would be a great counterpart to my 97B or USP 40.

I'd like to see CZ come out with a polymer frame that has the ergonomics the 75 is famous for. However, I despise decockers with a passion that is almost holy. The thing I love about CZ is the ergonomics, affordable price point, and the ability to carry cocked and locked with a DA/SA pistol.

So, honestly, neither of your poll answers fits my opinion.

I see that they are copying S&W on the backstrap idea.

Sig, HK, and FN all had this long before S&W and perhaps others I am not aware of. So who is copying who? I think S&W and CZ both realized it was a common sense and favorable feature like many other manufacturers before them realized.

I don't like plastic, but I've never seen anything by CZ that was top-shelf. The CZ-75 design is the DA/SA entrant into the BHP and 1911 Pantheon...and cloned just about as often.
