local shop is having 30% off all guns and there are a few sks in the mix. one is a norinco paratrooper.its got the /26\ symbol and a number on the stock. its in ok shape, but it looks like someone has tried to bubba a scope mount on it. its got like 4 glue spots on the rear it looks like someone just had it super glued or loctited and ripped the scope off the paint is all gone in the spots and has a shiny look to it... anyways it would be about 175 or so OTD. i know prices have blown up on them, should i put it in layaway or wait for something else...ive looked online some and checked out an sks forum, but am a total newb when it comes to these guns. what is the first thing you look for in a used one? there was another in the mix with a black combat exchange stock. it looked like the metal had turned almost a purplish color. it was also a norinco with the same symbol. it could be had for just a little over 200..
