Would you do this to a mosin?

Gee my Mosin 44 is maybe 60 years old. It made it up to $100.00 in value.
It was a cheap gun when it was made and it will be a cheap gun in another 60
years. I don't think the kid improved it any, but I've seen much worse things done. Like my brother selling my 56 chev coupe to a car crusher. Don't worry, this forum is proof that village aren't in danger of running out of idjits soon. And if you run out of Mosins, you can buy mine.

I have a 39 91/30, and will probably go with the ATI Camo stock mainly because i need a decent rifle to deer hunt, and dont feel like scratching the heck out of the wooden stock. I plan on buying another Mosin just for collectors sake, but as everyone said, with over 15million made, its not exactly like preservation is needed.

I would not bother with a Mosin, other rifles look nicer, his looks like a cobbled together (well) mess.
It looks like a PITA to load.
