Would you share ammo if SHTF?

Bricks of .22 will be worth its weight in gold. Fairly quiet, light weight, lots of rifles out there makes exellent trade stock. Krueshev's study of the feasability of occupation of the U.S. stated that it is imperitive to remove these 'silent' , effective killer tools from the hands of the people. Otherwise the death toll would be too high to troops of occupation.

Would I share,,,,no. Trade possibly. Besides my pack of friends would all bring enough for themselves.

So I rented and watched Red Dawn last night. Outside of a couple cheesy scenes and unlikely scenarios (just walking up to the drive-in camp to talk to dad lol...and the drinking of deer blood...), that was a really good movie.

You mean like the ant and grasshopper?
I might SELL you some.
If you're covering my flank, I might ISSUE you some.
If you have something I need, I might TRADE you some.
Share?
Nope.
Exchange for value?
Sure.

+1 more.

in keeping with this mindset, i try to always have an adequate supply for myself and family [difficult to determine, of course], plus items that could be used to barter for additional ammo and supplies in the unlikely event that we run short. currently, barter items would include homemade wine, eggs or even whole chickens, large dogs, and [as a last resort] quality hand tools. i am always working to expand the quantity of ammo on hand as well as the barter items i can dispose of if necessary.

i will soon be set up to reload, and that equipment would likely be the most valuable stuff i own in SHTF.
