X-TREME Bullets

I have shot a ton of them in 45, 38, and 9MM. All were great performance wise but I have cut back lately as the range now only allows lead bullets on the inside area. So Missouri Bullet gets more of my cash.

The .357 158gr PFP that I ordered from them work quite well, no complaints at all. The 15% off deal was very nice, put the price slightly over that of (bulk ordered) coated lead.

That's almost exactly what I do. I shoot 124 grain FP 9mm extreme bullets with 4.3 gr. of Winchester 231. I seat them down to 1.070 OAL, though. Haven't had any problems.

Has anyone used X-Treme plated bullets for 10mm? I'm about to load some 10mm X-treme 180G plated flat nose with #9 powder. My book show even max well below the 1500 fps listed on their web sight.

SigFTW I have loaded 40S&W same bullet. I use the 180 RNFP's I like them alot. If you are planning on loading above 1200fps order the 180grRNFP/HPCB's they have a concave base and will get you up to 1500fps.

They have a great product and free shipping. Sign up for their news letter and you will get notices when they are running specials. I think right now ther eis one for 5% off 9mm.

Firehand, be careful with the xtreme 7.62x39. They are very short and dont have a cannelure. The first ones I loaded had a taper crimp. The third round came out of the case when chambered. I then used a Lee FCD and had better luck, but the COAL still changes from the recoil, AK47 seemed worse than an SKS. These were also light loads.
I have a note on those boxes stating 5 rds per mag max. Hope you have better luck.

I've only used their 147gr plated round nose, but accuracy seems better than Berry's and they seem to have sales fairly frequently. I don't plan to switch back to Berry's.

Good to read all the positive feedback on these. I've got an order in for some 124 gr. HPCB and 200 gr. FP. I'll post the results of my testing.

Edster... what powder are you loading with? I just ordered some of the 180gr rnfp, and scored some unique powder today. Was thinking of starting at 5.2 and working my way up from there.

I've been shooting their bullets in PPC matches lately and having real good performance. Prices and free shipping can't be beat.

I did some 10mm 180g FP xtreme bullets with #9 and really liked them.
The best results came from my 12.9g loads, g20c with a 2" group at 25yrds. chrono results were:1156 1152 1163 1180 1196 1148

9mm

Just got some 115 grain. Everybody talking about them, thought I would give them a try.
I have never seen a better packing job. You would have thought it was glass they were shipping.

I've used the 10mm 180 gr HP with 5.1 gr Titegroup and 8.0 gr. HS6 with good results. Have not loaded any real hot.
