Hi guys! Any suggestions for substitute data for Nosler Varmageddon 55gr FB tipped bullets for .223? I have contacted Nosler and the powder manufacturer but no response. Scanned all of my manuals (no luck) on finding the data for XBR with these bullets. Also, is there a chart or book that would tell me what bullets are similar? My Lee loading manual has a brief one but it's really not very extensive. I know it's a common issue not to be able to find exact data, just wanted to see what others do.

I believe they have XBR data on the Hodgdon site with comparable bullets, if not that one. Lemme check.

Ok, I believe the SPR SP bullet is of similar design, here's the data:

IMR IMR 8208 XBR COL 2.200" start 23.0 gr 3,024 fps max 25.3 gr 3,268 fps

I'm using it in an AR with 77gr Sierra's. Hodgdon prints a yearly magazine with all their load data printed in it. Head to you local reloading supply shop and see if you can pick one up. Very handy to have the print version.
