Yet another praise for RCBS warranty

I've been babying my RCBS #17 shell holder for a while now, but it finally broke this morning. After hearing the other good words about RCBS on this forum, I gave them a call. Short hold through Vista outdoors brought me to RCBS customer service warranty department and another very short hold(under a minute). My tech was knowledgeable about my problem. The only questions he had were what number shell holder was, what caliber the shell holder was for, and my address. He then states they'll be sending me a new shell holder FREE of charge. I thanked him kindly and he was off to the next call.

It's refreshing that there are still companies that stand behind their product like this one! I'm not even the slightest bit upset I'll have to wait a few days for a replacement! 1509116131458-1587341823.jpg
