I bought a set of .308 dies very recently, that are dated 1981!! I got them in need of a few replacement parts... Decapping rod assy, expander ball, and the bushing that screws into the top of the die that holds the whole decap/expander assy in place... They said: No problem, we'll ship thos out right away, FREE OF CHARGE... I told her that I needed some other pieces for my press and that I had misplaced them. She asked what I needed, I told her... She added them to the list and said they would get them out to me as soon as possible... I told her I wanted to pay for the parts I misplaced... she said not to worry about it... I was like... damn!!! This is above and beyond...

RCBS is a top notch company.
