That's a saying we have in Law Enforcement. Some of the stuff we see is so crazy or bazaar that you just can't make up stuff like that.
Here is a short story about what not to do with you handgun with a laser mounted on it.
One dark night not long a go in 201? a LA. State Trooper was sitting in his marked unit (police car), in new Orleans LA., finishing up one of his reports. The Trooper noticed a red light move across his dashboard from left to right and then on him.
He looks to his left and sees a man standing approximately 30 yards away pointing a handgun with a laser at him. The Trooper opens his driver's door, draws his sidearm and fires four rounds at the suspect, hitting him in the leg.
It appears that the suspect was from out of state and had been partying in New Orleans a little to much.
So if you'er ever out drinking and decide to test the laser on your carry gun, don't point it at a parked police car.
