You use THR to gather information...

I am curious as to how members use THR.

Search Function:

Do you use the Search This Forum under Log Out and Page 1 of _ , located upper top?

or

Search function in Header with User CP - FAQ - Members List ...etc.?

Advanced Search or just use the first pop up entry window?

Feel free to add how you use the THR Library as well.

I am sure we all have our own favorite forum topics, usernames we search under, and have bookmarked many threads , and references found from Search Function and Library.

I used THR to get information after Katrina. In the process I bacame a Constitutionalist who is planning on registring Republican so I can vote for Tancredo or some other REAL conservative in the primaries.

I don't like to search, I prefer to just post my question.

So which do you think is better, 9mm or .45?



Sorry, couldn't resist. I actually do very little "research". I prefer to post to have topical discussions with like minded folks.

If I occasionally need some hard firearm info I will search, but I usually see plenty just by reading the current topics.

I search using two ways:

1) Advanced search, highlight specific forum, and use combination of words using "AND"

2) Go into specific forum I want to search and click "Search this forum" using combination of words.


seems to work for me
