I already *had* (for several years, some of 'em decades) everything else on the list that I'm ever gonna buy. Was just missing a SCARY EVIL black shotgun with lotsa plastic and accessories. Picked one of those up, just in case.

I got some EVIL ammo for what EVIL I already own, and judging from what I've seen online at my local gunshop, NOBODY can get brand name ammo as the distribution houses have none. Winchester Federal Remington Hornady etc in all of the popular calibers is nil! Yesterday you could order Tokarev, .45 GAP, .41 Magnum, .38 Colt, .454 Cas and a few of the other huge revolver calibers. Glad I bought when I did.

It's mostly a fun gun. IOW, no real purpose for it...just yet.

Most all of the guns on my shopping list fall into the 'black' category (ban-ready). Otherwise, I'm in the market for a Ruger Hawkeye .30-06, 12ga. Beretta Xtrema2, and Ruger Mark II pistol. They are way down on the list after a few more 'black' guns.

Check into buying a WWII era Mosin Nagant in 7.62X54R; you should be able to find them in good shape for $100 to $200 and 1,000 rounds will run you about $200.

If you're in Texas there is a great supply in Dallas.

Nothing "evil" about the two that I bought. Nonetheless, I probably would of have gotten them despite the election. I see the election as a half sensible reason for my actions.
I've acquired a Para Ordnance P10-45 Limited on a trade and bought a SKS Para-Trooper (some reason, I love the SKS) that is ugly as sin and meant to be treated roughly and shot. Nice additions, speaking that the Para O is an excellent carry gun and my first 1911 platform. The SKS is like 3 different colors, but hey, I thought I got a good price speaking that the current market, especially for the Para-Trooper and SKS-M or SKS-D models are bringing the big bucks.
