Considering Yugo M70 AK parts are dwindling, I've been getting my spare parts inventory sorted out to keep my two Yugo AKs running well into the future.

So far I have:

2 barrels
2 complete bolts
2 bolt carriers with gas piston
2 recoil spring assemblies
1 safety selector
1 gas block
2 complete Tapco G2 trigger groups

I plan on buying:

1 (possibly 2 spare DCI receivers) in case one of my receivers goes toes up and I need to swap the parts over to a new receiver.

Keep in mind because of the relatively "affordable" 7.62X39 ammo, I shoot these rifles a lot. My fixed stock gun is the main shooter, and will see around 2,000 rounds of ammo a year if 7.62X39 ammo remains somewhat affordable. The underfolder might see 1000 rounds a year.

Are there any other parts I may have forgotten to add to my list? I'm thinking maybe some springs and pins? Do I need a spare trunnion, or can the old trunnion be reused when replacing the barrel? Thanks!

The trunnion is one of the last things you could manage to break on an AK. I would get a spare receiver cover or two, though, and definitely a complete set of springs. If you really want to be able to replace receivers, make sure you have a couple sets of proper rivets.
