With the barrel ban changing things, I've decided to take $700-$1000 and get one last AK for now. I don't currently have an underfolder in my collection and I was thinking that I need to add one, as this will likely be almost the last chance to get one at a decent price.

Which would you get and why?

Yugo M92 Krinkov underfolder $950

Vector Arms underfolder $550

I'm really leaning towards the Yugo M92 Krink because it is the more rare of the 3 and will likely never be imported again Also, because it has a 2"-4" longer barrel than a traditional AKS-74U, it doesn't look so odd with a muzzle extension on it. The Vectors will be around for a while as I'm sure Vector has tons of parts kits left. The Yugo M70 would be my 2nd choice but it has the thicker receiver which I don't want (I already have a VEPR), but it does have the cool grenade launcher too. Does anyone own either one of the Yugos ? How do you like them? I know all about the Vectors because they are local to me. I'm just trying really hard to justify spending close to $1000 on an AK, it would be my most expensive gun purchase. Thanks.

if you've already got AKs- I'd go with the yugo wannabe krink.

looks like a lot of fun- and it goes with my belief that the whole point of having a folder is less for looks and more for mobility. get a small rifle for the folder and a big one for the solid stock.
