Okay, so at the local gun shop I saw a Yugo Mauser with a straight bolt handle. While it looked pretty much exactly like a K.98k only with Serbo-Croat in Cytillic with a torch insignia (which is what I'm told their supposed to look like) I was under the impression that they all had bent bolts.

Also, it was $180.

M24/47. The ones with bent bolts are M48's. Some folks say the M24/47's are a little more accurate. Personally though I like the looks of the M48's more.

Most Yugo Mausers I have seen have been in nearly new condition except for stocks that are saturated in cosmoline.

I've got the M24/47,[I've had the M48 as well] and while I like the looks of the M48 with it's bent bolt, the M24/47 is faster.the straight bolt allows you more leverage and control.

Okay. Well, that's good to know.

By the way the stock is rough. I mean it looks like someone just hacked down a tree and stuck it to the metal. (Well, maybe not that bad, but you get the idea).

Is $180 okay for price?

All the M24/47s I've seen had rough stocks. Those suckers were used, HARD. As in, wars. Big ones. Rough ones. Tough ones.

I prefer straight bolt Mausers as well. My only bent bolt Mauser, in fact, is my M48.

That is a more than fair price. You might find one about $30 or $50 cheaper if you looked hard, but you'll find a lot more that cost more than you're looking to pay. For that price I'd say go ahead and snag it. Prices will only go up.
