Whats the best range for the guns I listed?

The most practical zero, starting out, is for 200 yards. The .223, about 1.5 inches high at 100. The 7x57 at a smidgen over two inches, say 2.5, and the others at about two inches. It's not real critical. All that gives you a point-blank range of around 250 yards or so.
 
+1 on the 200 yard zero, maybe even 100 for .223 depending on what it's being used for. If you want to get the absolute most out of your rifles with a single zero, check the link I posted earlier. Maximum point blank range is the furthest you can shoot at a target aiming in the center and still hit the "kill zone" with a certain bullet. To get the maximum point blank range set for that bullet you have to zero your rifle at a certain range so the bullet will reach the top of the zill zone.
