One of the things sites like GB and ebay want from sellers is accurate info when it comes to condition. While you may still keep the gun, that is your prerogative, I would leave negative fb and note exactly the major problems you had with the description of the gun. Nothing wrong with that.
Check out an HK P7. Slim, compact, great shooter and more accurate than me. If you want something even smaller and along the lines of the CW9, look at an MK9 from Kahr. All steel pistol, yet I hardly know I have it on my hip.
I got one just before Christmas and love it. I have put about 200 rounds through it with no problems at all. Smooth trigger, easy to control on follow up shots, recoil is easy to handle and you can not beat the compact nature of this pistol for concealment needs. I did add Pierce finger rest...
Sorry grizz, but you are mistaken. MN grants it's citizens a permit to carry a pistol. It does not specify that you must carry concealed. I live in Minneapolis and carry openly often and have not had any LEO, of the 5 or so I have encountered, attempt to confiscate my gun. So please rest...

I got in and registered and as I was posting for the first time, the site went down. I can not get back in now. Hopefully the issues will get worked out as what I saw looked real good and had a lot of posters and topics.
I do not have any pics of them side by side, but I have owned both. Carried both and settled on the Glock. Sold the HK and bought another 19. Both are excellent guns. I liked the Glock NY1 trigger better and I did not have to manipulate any safety. But the HK was a smooth shooter, so you...
Bills
I live about 5 minutes from Bills in North MPLS. It is a very nice range and just recently under new ownership. They have done a nice job of remodeling the place and have a very good stock on hand. The range is nice and there are usually several open spots so not too many worries about...
