I usually carry a G17 mag in my pocket but I didn't feel like fitting it into the shot

FWIW, I'm now set up, and legal (local city stuff...), for large format photo printing... So if you have one of _YOUR_ photos you'd like to blow up for your rec room or loading lair, let me know. I can print up to 44" x 96" with ease. Wal-Mart has movie poster frames now that are 27x40 in size, along with their 24x36 frames. Figure $6/sq. ft. for a nice heavy 250 gram photo paper.

Around here, most of the stop'n'robs are selling packets of caffeine, aspirin and assorted other "herbs." I think they're marketing 'em to kids who don't realize that coffee works pretty much just as well.

For that matter, I saw some generic ibuprofen packaged with the name "Dilotta." I guess they were assuming that their customers were stupid enough to think that they were buying dilaudids over the counter.

Add that into jonesing meth heads, and you can get some weirdness. We had a stop'n'rob cashier shot a few weeks back. The robber took the pill display...
 
This what and how I carry daily...
(Actually, I broke the blade on the penknife and don't carry that anymore).

Weak-side (left) front pocket: Comb, penknife, ballpoint pen, paper money, small measuring tape, mouth freshener.

Strong-side (right) front pocket: Folding utility knife, coins, keys.

Weak-side (left) rear pocket: Throw-down wallet, handkerchief.

Strong-side (right) rear pocket: Real wallet.

SmartCarry holster with Kel-Tec P-3AT and Armalaser, and two spare mags.

Actually the idea is that you "throw down" the dummy wallet, the BG grabs it and runs, and you don't have to shoot him. Nobody gets hurt. And you don't have a prosecutor saying "Shot in the back of the head in self defense? Sure...."
 
Might I recommend a nice matching throw down wallet to go with it??

Thanks! Good idea; one should always accessorize . . . something in shiny patent leather ought to really catch their eye, huh? And fill it with the phony blank credit cards that come in the mail just to rub salt in the wound . . .

Just for effect . . . they were floating around in the second mag before & after the photo-op.
 
Here is what i carry around every day, if the P-3AT isn't in the pictured Grandfather oak pocket holster its in a Grandfather oak IWB holster

I don't carry, but this is the one I keep in reach when I'm at home. Beretta Model 92D Centurion 9mm.
