I am a journeyman machinist, and have been building firelocks for around 28 years now. I am interested in the Old Army cylinder mod, but I'd like to do it myself. I need to know the type of cutter-(I'm thinking a ball nose end mill) to do the job. I've heard it gets machined flush with nipple faces, just removing the "as cast" material in the bottom. I just dont want to go to deep I would like the extra powder for increased velocity, I'm going hog hunt'n As always, thank you for the help
