Hot or warm soapy water and some WD40 or Ballistol and some kind of preserving oil. I use 3 in 1 oil but use it sparingly. .
I'll keep this in mind, thanks. This is where I think Ballistol shines in my opinion. As it is water soluble it will mix with any water but allow it to evaporate leaving just the oil which is a fair protectorant. Unlike using WD-40 and then needing to remove it and add an oil.
This brush is for the nipples. When I translated the description from French to English, it says it has "rigid brass bristles". I thought it was plastic, like tootbrush.I have a couple brushes like this, They come in handy.

Do you think for cleaning the nipples I should use this with brass bristles or a common toothbrush?
You'll get used to it. You'll get to like it. You'll get to crave it.Rodwha, that's true but that smell.
Seems that by the time I come there one day, there won't be any statues for me to see.Hopefully one day you'll come over here and visit some Civil War Battlefields. Possibly Gettysburg.
One thing to remember about the statues of our mounted Generals
