Most famous gun you have never owned or fired

Mine is a FA Thompson.
I fired one of those when I was 11. :D I agree with beenbag; there are a lot of famous guns I've never fired-I'd sure like to shoot a .45 Luger and one of the meteorite 1911's. Or Oswald's Carcano. Or the Tsarevich's 1/2 size Mosin, most the guns sold by Kull & Supica......

Essentially all milsurps. Sad. I have shot several but have only owned a Spanish short rifle.
And I have only owned a 30-06, never fired it. Have fired just about everything else but have never touched off a 30-06. I assume it to be a bit more than my .270 and a bit less than 7mag. I haven’t used a 1927a1 either...yet.
I have owned a lot of shotguns, but never a B gun or an LC. I did have a model 11 so that counts as an A5 in my book.
When it comes to handguns I have had a lot and have shot many more. The only thing I can say I haven’t owned or touched off is a 41 mag.

* Dardick Tround magazine fed revolver.
* Gyrojet rocket pistol.
* Melvin M. Johnson 5.7mm Spitfire carbine conversion
* Ithaca 37 Stakeout AOW shotgun
* 8.5mm Webley-Mars Model 1900 automatic pistol (1,750 fps) the most "singularly unpleasant and alarming" pistol ever; the Royal Naval Gunnery School observed in 1902 "No one who fired once with the pistol wished to shoot it again."
* M41A Pulse Rifle, 10mm autorifle with 30mm pumpaction grenade launcher

Added: I guess I am lucky to be able to say I have fired a .50 Barrett.
At the club range, it seems every owner of a .50 BMG rifle invites bystanders to fire at least one round to share the experience.

It would be a shorter list to tell what I have fired versus what I haven't fired. But, for the sake of the thread I can list what I still want to fire. :D

Marlin 1894
M14 or M1A of some sort
Any Colt revolver
Uzi machine pistol
H&K MP5
M2 Browning
Browning Hi-Power
S&W Model 3 of some sort

I was fortunate enough to sit in on the firing sequence for a GAU-8 Avenger cannon. Even when heard miles away, that thing sounds like the biggest and angriest cloud of bees you could imagine.

Fired a few other famous pieces in military time. M2, 240, 249, Mk19, all the fun stuff. Did a few familiarization fires in the AK and PKM families as well.

That is a really silly question. Maybe you could rephrase that.
There are lots of guns that are famous and which I do not own and have never fired.
I have never owned or fired most of the famous pistols mentioned so far in this thread.
I have never owned or fired Teddy Roosevelt’s double rifle, nor
Harry Selby’s .416 Rigby, or Custer’s matched RIC revolvers....and so on. Think of any famous gun and chances are that no one answering this thread has owned or fired it.
So....what was the point of the question?

Have wanted for years to shoot a Thompson SMG but the opportunity has not presented itself.
