I thought I was good until Sig announced they are finally getting around to a SAO 229.

So I gotta get that.

Then it's back to dreaming of the Wilson I'll never actually justify buying.

Now, rifles and shotguns, well I got a ways to go there, gotta buy another safe first

I was with you up until the SW9 (40?) VE, Gunny.....seriously, does anybody actually WANT the Son of Sigma, or do they just take them in trade from your slow cousin Earl on an old boat motor and some Wild Turkey.....:D

wouldn't turn down that old Webley. Ain't saying something else won't be put on the the want list later . This also is limited to handguns . An AR is still on the rifle want list .

I picked up that SD9VE for $160 and then turned it into a Glock19, well I traded it with 100 rounds of 9mm ammo for a clean Glock 19 Gen 3. :)

Variety is always good.

I know, I felt the same thing. I mean I could give Gunny a pass on the Glock but the SW9VE? Got to draw the line somewhere...

They could very well be the best gun ever made for people who have virtually no interest in guns beyond having one. A perfectly competent, reliable, inexpensive, accurate and effective weapon which is more boring than watching reruns of last years Masters' Tournament......:)

It was going to be my toolbox gun before I traded it for that Glock.

I thought the idea here was to entice plumberroy into reopening his handgun list with some tantalizing handguns; guns that were cool and exciting to own and shoot.
