Rails, I agree with you. I can live with front cocking serrations, if I have no other choice.Mall-ninja gimmicks (like light rails ) I won't own a gun with them.
How are light rails a "mall ninja gimmick"?Mall-ninja gimmicks (like light rails ) I won't own a gun with them.
How are light rails a "mall ninja gimmick"?
Carry? No, but I do have a light mounted on my bedside gun.How many of us carry a light on rails?
How many of us carry a light on rails?
I carried them at work in the military and as a contractor, where I slept by day and worked at night. I also have a pistol set up with a light in my nightstand next to my bed, since when I am in the bed it is almost always dark. I also carry a pistol with a light mounted on it when I hunt wild hogs at night, which is very comforting to have when tracking a wounded boar in the dark in a Fl swamp. Pistols with lights mounted, riding in safariland holsters, are now commonplace on the belts of law enforcement professionals, even in my town of less than 8,000- and even among the FWC officers (who I actually see more often than the sheriff deputies). According to current news, there are over 163,000 people without power in my zip code after the category 4 hurricane that struck this area a week ago- I think in this situation, having access to a handgun with a light mounted would be considered a valuable tool for the armed professionals, homeowners, and other "mall ninjas" effected by this catastrophe. How many of us carry a light on rails?
