Went to the LGS today and they were selling guns like there were no more to be had and this was at 12:00 noon. When you make your selection from the display they go to the storage area and pull one from stock. Then you go to a counter where they do the paperwork, background check and take your money. There are 3 stations where you do everything. All the stations were full of buyers and people standing in line, me included. They were selling hand guns, shotguns and some rifles. Stock was running low with some totally depleted. There were no defensive style shotguns on display as they apparently had to sell them, the only shotguns left were long barrel hunting guns.
I bought a S&W M&P 9 full size and it was the last one except for the display gun.
