I've recently had issues with a couple Bushnell Nitro scopes.
Details are in these threads, for this who haven't seen them before
4-20 Broken lense.

Parallax fail 6-24

The 6-24 was the replacement for the 4-20 that broke. The turn around time for the first one was about a month. With them calling me to let me know if was being replaced about a week after they received it.
I didn't think to check the tracking after the fact, but they might have actually turned it around quicker but shipping was slow. As appears to have happened with the replacement for the 6-24.
Anyway. I found the ,6-24 defective about a month after receipt and sent it back. They received it on August 14/15, had it entered in system on the 25, and my replacement was available for pick up yesterday (tho I didn't know, as there was no contact this time, and I only just checked the mail). I back tracked the usps tracking, and it was actually shipped on the 8th.
What they sent back was a Forge 4.5-27sfp. I haven't felt real great today, so haven't played with it, but that's a pretty nice upgrade based on specs.
All In all I have to say I'm quite impressed with Bushnell's handling of my issues, in what is likely a difficult time for any service department.
I've also gotta toss out a quick blurb for Athlons customer service as well, as I'm pretty sure I forgot to post anything.
I sent my original Argos 4-20x50 back because there was a smear of grease on the very edge of an internal lense. Not sure when it happened, and didn't really affect use, but it bugged me. So I sent it back.
They immediately sent out a replacement from the next generation of Argos scopes, the HMR. It's a noticeable step up in terms of adjustments, and optical quality. Price is about 360ish which was more than my original Argos by a decent margin.
Again far more than I expected for what was honestly a nit-picky issue that didn't affect function.
