The boat is 2 hours 50 minutes from my house so not to bad a drive. I think some fishing will give us a brake from hunting, but will be wanting to hunt more afterwords. A cooler of fish for each of use would be nice.

And hope everyone gets a deer this year. I mentioned the fishing to my dad and he got excited.

Fishing sounds great.
When you get as old as we are it doesn't take much for us to get excited.

Does 32 S&W short & long, 32 H&R Magnum and 327 Federal Magnum take a .311 projectile?

I will be casting boolets here shortly and need to buy a mold.

.312 a thousand over would be good, so a .313 sizer would be nice if they have it. If you want to powder coat them a .312 sizer will be fine, the powder coated bullets spring back some.

Jim called and said the new hunting licenses are on sale right now.
He is buying his first thing tomorrow morning. After he buys his license he will let me know what deer management units to try get doe tags for.
So I will be buying my license some time tomorrow.

Then I will buy the airline tickets.

Did you check and see if you need the advanced licence to fly.

I just bought my non-resident small game/big game hunting licenses and two doe tags for $110.
I got doe tags for 7m and 7p.

I will work on the airline tickets this weekend.

I bought 77 pounds of plumbing and roofing lead last Saturday and just started melting it down.

I will work at it for a couple of hours while enjoying a few amber fluids.
All make ingots tomorrow after my college graduation dove release tomorrow afternoon.

I got most of it melted last night, I'll finish it up later today when I get back from the dove release.
I brought home some sawdust from work and I bought a candle the other day to flux the lead.

We got the twelve birds all set up for the dove release.

$450, this will pay for Mason's airline ticket to come back there the last two weeks of October to go small game hunting.
On this trip I can set out my trail cams to see where the deer are traveling.

I just priced one for a wedding for $650.
They scaled it back to a two bird release for $250.
Easy money.

These bird will return from around 350 miles.
I bought some birds that will return up to 650 miles.
$250 to $350 a bird plus $60 shipping.

I should have sold all the ones I've shot from silos and barns lol. Amazing they know were to fly tho.

I haven't been fishing in a lot of years, don't have saltwater fishing gear. Most of my fresh water gear was stolen from my garage, likely by a relative. The things that I had left was given to my grandson, so he could Gish with his dad.

I bought my 2021 non-resident NYS hunting license & two doe tags over the phone on Tuesday. They just came in the mail box today.

Now I need to buy airline tickets for the two weeks in October to take my grandson out in the woods back there and a ticket for a month of deer hunting for myself. .
That will be on the agenda for later today or tomorrow morning.

I would like to have it at Hawkins Pond Park in Windsor in October.

Or
Sunday October 24th.
If you want to do any drinking please do it responsible or have a designated driver.
Also a good time for a card game,
