Me, too. On my wanna list for this year. Gotta pay off the credit cards from end of last year first..... I'd really like to try out the A17, a semi auto 17 HMR just sounds like loads of fun.
That video is a good example of people’s obsession with precision over accuracy. The ruger is walking point of impact right off the target. At the end of the shooting string almost no shots are hitting the target anymore with the 10/22, whereas the Savage is maintaining its point of impact with almost every shot on the target, but no mention of that in the video. It’s strange to me that people are so obsessed with group size that they don’t even care where the shots are actually hitting. I’ll take a 1.5” group that always maintains POI over a 1” group with an unpredictable POI any day.
