After seeing the Hi-Point and the katana I was ready to give up, but that P7 is more than cool enough.

rozziboy18,

Looks like someone loaded it a bit to hot. Whats the story behind that one?

Don't know if it was a defect in the slide or what happened there. Somebody screwed up on that one. Probably over loaded like You said either way it was a bad day for who ever was holding it

Sarduy...That is a good looking Hi Point........Never thought I'd say that. This gun is a good shooter though. I got to shoot a friends but if I owned one it would have to get that stock!

My first car was a 1987 Chevette. Metallic Grey. And I own a Hi-point 995. Sometimes you luck out on a budget product.

The Chevette was ok, it was the Vega that was crap. However, I prefer to compair Hi Point firearms to Yugo cars.

Do you remember what the 4dr Yugo was called? (Answer: we go.)

I wanted the Kel Tec Sub 2000 because it takes glock mags and folds. But since then 9mm one seems hard to find in my area, I will get a Hi Point in the meantime. I actually met the Hi Point owner and he is a nice dude who stands by his products. He is also the only person I know that wears t-shirts and jeans to black tie events.
