Good quality, inexpensive ammo. I never had a problem with it until I tried the .38 in a J-frame Chief's Special with a bobbed hammer, and ran into the "hard primer" issue. One out of five would not ignite, despite a good dent in the primer. This didn't happen with other brands I shot that day. I replaced the hammer spring with an extra-power Wolff spring, and that fixed the problem. So I'd say the primers are a bit harder than other brands, but that this shouldn't be a problem with unmodified guns in good condition.
