Sellier and Bellot 357 sig.

Sellier and Bellot advertises its 140 gr. 357 sig round at a muzzle velocity of 1392 fps. and 563 ft.lbs. of energy. This sounds very unlikely considering that most major companies seem to struggle to get the 125 gr. to crack 1350 fps. Anybody chrono this stuff. If it indeed performs as advertised then why is there not a 125 gr. JHP with at least 1450 fps, besides DoubleTap?
