around 5,000 handloaded rounds through my 20 ga. youth Mossberg 500 and no signs of giving up at all. Handloads seem to kick more for me while still being safe. The 500 action is good to go for you. There's no way that you'll wear it out IMO!

looks like a 10/22 action that's actually machined by MRI. I don't know much about graphite barrels, but at only 4.25lbs, I wouldn't call it too overbuilt. and $665... ouch for my budget.

IMO, the little lee c press is the best for pistol--you can load it from any direction because it's a C frame, and it's definitely strong enough for pistol. It's smooth and it gives you a much better feel than larger presses. And it's only $24!
