Thanks arcticap. Upon further reading I think it will still have to be shipped to a FFL because the state police states that a back ground check through them would still have to be done. Dang I hate this state!

I think thats the way it works here too, but Illinois requires a state FOID card for firearm possession including muzzleloaders. I'm still unclear. If anyone from Illinois could chime in I would appreciate it.

I live in Illinois and am confused. I found a T/C Omega on gunbroker. If I purchase it can it be shipped to me, or does it need to go through a FFL? If I understand correctly I don't have to fill out a 4473 form for it. Thanks for your input.
