    Any FFL's use Square

Bubbles - I never thought about it that way. It does make since. Square's policy is also to not allow phone, mail, or internet sales of tobacco. I doubt they are anti tobacco, just too many opportunities of fraud and the issue of interstate tobacco trafficking. We all know credit card...

    Any FFL's use Square

I did kind of make that unclear. It says no phone, mail, or internet sales of firearms or weapons. I'm assuming face to face transactions are OK. Sent from my Eris xtrROM5.0.1 using Tapatalk

    Any FFL's use Square

I understand that. I wouldn't want to either, I don't currently accept credit cards and was looking at using it for gun shows and at the shop. All of my transactions are face to face anyway. I just liked the idea of no monthly fee and no contract. Sent from my Eris xtrROM5.0.1 using Tapatalk

    Any FFL's use Square

I was just wondering if any FFL's have looked into using Square to accept credit cards at gun shows? I know it says you can't use it for mail or internet orders, but was wondering about at shows. Plus it Just says firearms and weapons not ammo and accessories. Just wanted your thoughts. Sent...

So, what do you think about your M&P?

I must say I have never been a fan of Glocks or S&W autoloaders. I carry a M&P40 every day for work, and I am extremely impressed. I have had no stoppages of any kind so far with about 1200 rounds through it (a couple of coworkers have, but I believe it was more their fault than the guns). I...

    Visible Vote

I don't know how many of you use Facebook or Blackberries, but I thought this might be a good way to stay on top of new legislation and an easy way to write your legislators. I just thought I'd post this. http://visiblevote.us/index.php For Blackberry users...

    Help with transfer

Sorry about the confusing post. John A. said he bought the guns and he was the one that was going to receive them. I found out today that he used someone elses credit card to purchase one of the guns (possibly John B.'s I don't have his name yet). Now the money order for the second gun is...

    Help with transfer

I'm still kind of new to this, so I thought I'd ask for some advise. Please bear with me. I had a guy come to me to do a transfer for 2 guns he bought on gunbroker. I've already sent my info off for one, and I was getting ready to sent for the second one when the guy called me back and said...

    Buying a muzzleloader

Thanks arcticap. Upon further reading I think it will still have to be shipped to a FFL because the state police states that a back ground check through them would still have to be done. Dang I hate this state!

    Buying a muzzleloader

I think thats the way it works here too, but Illinois requires a state FOID card for firearm possession including muzzleloaders. I'm still unclear. If anyone from Illinois could chime in I would appreciate it.

    Buying a muzzleloader

I live in Illinois and am confused. I found a T/C Omega on gunbroker. If I purchase it can it be shipped to me, or does it need to go through a FFL? If I understand correctly I don't have to fill out a 4473 form for it. Thanks for your input.

    RIA Mag

This is probably a dumb question, but I searched and didn't find anything about this. I just got my first 1911, a RIA Tactical. The mag that came with it has a "stepped" follower. I tried a mag from my brother-in-laws Kimber with a "standard" follower and the slide wouldn't lock back on the...
